Teams standardizing inspections often combine a site inspection checklist with safety and compliance software. Browse site inspection apps for construction, see how teams run field inspections, and read facilities management inspection workflows. Compare mobile inspection app capabilities, view Inspectly360 pricing, or book a live demo with our team.
User Management
Manage users from the Admin > Users section. Create individual users or bulk import via CSV. Assign roles, sites, and team memberships. Configure SSO integration with Azure AD, Okta, or Google Workspace for automated user provisioning. Set password policies, session timeouts, and two-factor authentication requirements.
Role Configuration
Inspectly360 ships with four default roles: Admin (full access), Manager (site-level management), Inspector (field data capture), and Viewer (read-only dashboard access). Create custom roles with granular permissions controlling access to templates, inspections, reports, analytics, user management, and API features.
Template Design Best Practices
Effective templates balance thoroughness with usability. Keep individual checklists under 50 items — split longer inspections into sections. Use conditional logic to skip irrelevant questions. Require photo evidence for critical and failed items. Set clear scoring criteria so results are consistent across inspectors. Test templates with field users before organization-wide deployment.
Integration Setup
Configure integrations from Admin > Integrations. Available options: API keys for custom integrations, SSO configuration for identity providers, CMMS connectors (SAP, Maximo, ServiceNow), project management sync (Procore, PlanGrid), and BI tool connections (Power BI, Tableau). Each integration includes step-by-step setup guides and test validation tools.
