Step 1: Account Configuration
After your account is provisioned, you'll configure your organization settings: company profile, branding (logo and colors for reports), timezone and date format preferences, and notification defaults. Your assigned Customer Success Manager will guide you through this process and help optimize settings for your industry.
Step 2: Create Your First Template
Use the drag-and-drop template builder to create your first inspection checklist. Start with one of our 500+ industry templates or build from scratch. Add sections, questions, photo capture points, scoring criteria, and conditional logic. We recommend starting with your most common or highest-impact inspection type.
Step 3: Install the Mobile App
Download the Inspectly360 app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Log in with your credentials, and all templates and site data will sync to your device automatically. The app works fully offline — you can start inspecting immediately.
