Installation & Setup
Download the app from the App Store (iOS 14+) or Google Play (Android 10+). Log in with your credentials provided by your administrator. On first login, the app will sync all assigned templates, site data, and configuration to your device. This initial sync requires internet connectivity and typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on data volume.
Completing an Inspection
From the home screen, tap 'New Inspection' or select a scheduled inspection from your task list. The app guides you through each checklist item. For each item: select your response (pass/fail/NA), capture photos if required, add annotations to photos, record voice notes, and move to the next item. The app auto-saves progress continuously.
Using AI Defect Detection
When capturing photos, tap the AI toggle to enable automatic defect detection. The AI analyzes your photo in 1-3 seconds and highlights detected issues with bounding boxes and confidence scores. Review AI findings, accept or dismiss detections, and add your own annotations. AI works fully offline via Edge AI technology.
Offline Mode
The app works fully offline with no configuration needed. When you lose connectivity, a small offline indicator appears in the status bar. Continue inspecting normally — all features work offline including AI, photo capture, and annotations. When connectivity returns, data syncs automatically in the background.
