How does conditional logic work?
You set rules such as 'If answer is Fail, show follow-up questions and require photo evidence.' Logic can be nested and chained for complex branching inspection flows, so the form adapts to what the inspector finds. This reduces irrelevant questions, speeds up completion, and ensures critical follow-up (e.g. evidence, severity) is captured when needed. Conditional logic is configured in the builder without code.
Can I import existing paper checklists?
Yes. Our onboarding team can convert your existing paper checklists, spreadsheets, or PDFs into digital Inspectly360 templates. We also support CSV import for bulk creation so you can migrate many forms at once. Are checklist templates versioned?
Yes. Every change to a template in Inspectly360 is versioned. You can view change history, compare versions, and roll back to previous versions if needed.
